Michele Montgomery

Michele founded Clear Point Consulting Services in 2022, starting with notary and loan signing services before expanding into a full-service consulting firm. She brings over 15 years of corporate experience in healthcare, retail, and technology, with expertise in operations, compliance, and agile project management.

PMP-trained and Scrum-certified, Michele has led high-visibility projects and cross-functional initiatives that delivered measurable results, from nationwide retail campaigns to enterprise system implementations.

She also holds a Bachelor’s degree, is pursuing her MBA, and has earned multiple certifications in leadership and small business management.

With a blend of corporate expertise, entrepreneurial insight, and hands-on project leadership, Michele helps businesses streamline operations, adopt agile practices, and achieve sustainable growth.
