Michele Montgomery

Michele founded Clear Point Consulting Services in 2022, initially offering notary and loan signing services before expanding into a full-service firm dedicated to workflow efficiency and compliance support. With over 15 years of experience across healthcare, retail, and technology, she brings a grounded, real-world approach to process management, regulatory governance, and project leadership.

As a PMP-trained and Scrum-certified leader, Michele has spearheaded high-visibility projects and cross-functional initiatives yielding measurable results, including nationwide retail campaigns and enterprise system implementations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Spanish and is currently pursuing her MBA. This academic background informs how her professional philosophy: prioritizing people, structure, and clear communication, over static processes.

Through a blend of corporate experience, entrepreneurial insight, and hands-on leadership, Michele helps businesses simplify operations, strengthen internal systems, and move forward with confidence.
